The Kingsway Warranty

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

          Due to the litigious nature of our society these days, Kingsway Marine has developed and printed the Kingsway Warranty. There is nothing fancy about our warranty nor does it need to be interpreted, this warranty applies to all products and services offered by Kingsway Marine, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction but after 30 years in the marine business we also realize that there are customers that by their own nature can never be satisfied and we reserve the right to sell and service our good customers and deny products and services to whoever we choose without bias of any kind. (that’s why it’s named Kingsway) For 25 years in the marine business, i always did it their way, now i do it Kingsway.

  1. There is no warranty for stupidity

  2. The product is sold to you in new condition unless otherwise stated, if you use it and break it it’s your fault not mine or the manufacturer.

  3. We are not here to make design changes to suit your whims, products are developed with the general public in mind and the manufacturer will not be responsible for customization.

  4. If you want to make a change to a product made by Kingsway make sure you have one hand on your wallet when you request this, read this: the price goes down for upfront payments.

  5. Changes in production or products used in production take effect on the day changes are made in production and are not automatically retrofit to earlier models. This is our choice not yours.

  6. If you damage the product through your own mistake or mistakes, Man up about it and we will react more positively and include a discount for your honesty, by resolving an honest mistake it makes everything more pleasant for everyone involved, remember, we have over thirty years’ experience building, fixing, and running boats and yachts, we truly can tell when abuse or neglect is evident.
  7. If you try to fool us, please refer to Item # 1.

  8. Our warranty is transferrable and only requires an inspection in order to keep the warranty in force. There is an inspection charge of $100.00

  9. If we sell it or use it we believe it to be the best available product for our purposes. We back our products and services with our own warranty so you have the confidence to know who you are doing business with.
