WHAT WE DO
Kingsway remanufacturing acquires older center console boats and other brands of quality constructed boats suitable for rebuilding. Boat manufacturers that are known for building quality boats are the boats we look for in order to begin the rebuilding process with a good initial quality boat that may have been let go over the years but the design and quality make a good base for remanufacturing.
WHAT KINGSWAY OFFERS OUR CUSTOMERS
Kingsway remanufacturing does what no other company does, we make old boats new again. What is different about Kingsway? It is that we do not "refurbish" boats, we actually rebuild the boat from the bottom up, giving our customers a new boat appearance and more upgraded equipment.
We begin the process of remanufacturing by completely disassembling the boat and rmoving the old equipment installed on the boat, then we test the hull and deck for structural integrity, repairing any areas that do not meet our standards of quality assurance, all repairs and upgrades made to the boat in our facility meet or exceed ABYC recommendations. Once the boat is stripped down to the bare hull, we sand, fill, fair, then paint the hull and deck with awlgrip, giving a lasting 10 year luster and new appearance to the boat.
After spraying the hull, deck, and console, we begin to reinstall the new equipment necessary to provide the customer with a safe and enjoyable boating experience. Kingsway uses only the best materials and equipment that meets our requirements of quality and stands up to the harsh marine environment.
When the hull, deck and console are reassembled we begin to install the rest of the equipment on the boat, including a new Yamaha engine designed to match the hull and provide the optimum economy and cruise speed for the boat.
Upon final assembly and a thorough quality assurance examination and inspection the boat is taken to the water and we put 5 hours on the engine to begin break in proceedure and make sure that everything works the way it should, not just on land but on the water as well.

Kingsway Remanufacturing is so confidant of the quality of workmanship and the equipment used on our products, Kingsway offers our customers a complete 5 year bow to stern transferable warranty to all our customers purchasing a Kingsway.
In addition to the Kingsway warranty, Kingsway at no charge to the customer includes the Yamaha extended warranty program on every engine that goes on a Kingsway.
